Poor client support

Ordered 4 items 3 items not acceptable, Not working, incomplete and incorrect. Amazon only accepted 1 back, 1 need to pay to return the item and 1 item flatly rejected as the box was sealed. How do you test an item if you open the box and it does not work. Absolutely poor service.
