Pathetic service

Most pathetic service received from three different agents. I placed an order on the 28th of November 2025, 13days later no package has arrived. Both Amazon and DPD laser have no tracking details on the package since the 30th of November 2025. I have requested for a refund to be processed but the agent says I need to wait on the delivery service. Agents from Amazon suppose to call back to provide feedback but I have no heard from any of them.
