Pathetic

I have purchased 2 things at this company - x1 puzzle - x Amathyst ring

I had 3 deductions at my bank from Amazon I kept track of each one's price and there was a mysterious deduction of R 507, 09 (from Amazon) out of my bank account. This had me heavily upset, since I'm a regular at Amazon... Taking things further... I asked for my order of the ring to be cancelled (Order# ***) Since it is a Birthday present, and will not be here in time, since it haven't been shipped yet. At the time that I was on the phone, they could still cancel it. When I saw the deduction of the ring, I was even MORE upset, and mailed to ask why... The simple reply was "sorry you're too late, your order is already placed for shipment."
