Ordered New iPad. Received a Box of Metal.

I wanted to buy an iPad for my brother as a gift. since amazon was having a special on the A16 iPad for 6k, i thought why not? no complaint about delivery because it came but next day (probably due to amazon using an external courier service). when i gave it to my brother and asked him to unbox it, the peel stickers on the back ripped and we needed to struggle a bit to open it. unusual for an apple product, whose unboxing should be smooth and luxurious, right? after eventually getting the top off we found there to be an arrangement of small metal blocks, about 2x3cm wide labeled “Fe” for iron supposedly. I am extremely disappointed. I have sent it back to refund my money but since Amazon South Africa doesn’t have actual customer support, or even a person to speak to. I doubt that I will get my money back from the thieving *****sters nor be able to gift my brother something he deserves and needs.
