Order non delivery and poor customer service.

Messed up my order, I ordered two types of breast pumps (manual and Electric) to my surprise when the order came it was 3 manual pumps and zero electric. I tried to file a return only to find that the items are non returnable so now what must I do with 3 of the same pumps?Called customer care and I was told that they will message the supplier, till today I'm still waiting it's been several days no feedback.And what happened to my electric pump because I Paid for it.
