Not real customer service.

Attrocious customer service. They advertise this black box. Just give us your address and your money and we will deliver your order. But when it comes to aftersales support something as simple as updating your shipping address is impossible. First they hide the option to talk to a consultant so you have to dig around for an hour trying suggested solutions that dont work. Then when you finally get through to the agent they tell you sorry they cant help.

Amazon wont contact any of their shipping providers on your behalf and they dont expose who the shipping provider is to the customer.

Making what should be a 5 minute call on their part a 2 day process for you of digging around trying to find out who to call to update your address.

Gone are the days of actual customer support where an company would politely communicate with their own downstream providers.

The customer is always wrong kind of attitude.
