No refund received for returned item
I ordered an child's fireman suit and the item received did not match the illustration. I logged a return, printed the relevant form as supp**** by Amazon and returned the item unopened in its original packaging. The item was delivered on 25 September and returned the next day. Since then I have waited for my refund. Amazon was sent two inquiries since then to track my refund - no response.
