No refund issued.

I received the worst customer service from Amazon. The whole team is working in silos. I made a return and the refund was supposed to be sent back to my bank account. They saying it was made on the 18th and would take 7 days max to reflect on account. It's day 14 today and nothing. They shared with me an ARN number that standard bank knows nothing about. It's been so frustrating reaching out to them trying to resolve the issue, the customer service agents aren't even eager to fix the problem. There's no actual ticketing process for issues. I even sent them my bank statement. They are just all so useless. I just got a message from the merchant and apparently the merchant did not receive the items back so of cause refund wasn't made. No one actually cares to figure this out, I am so annoyed. I'll never buy anything from amazon again!!!!
