No delivery date after 8 days of order being placed.

I ordered 20 litre of vital guard light grey paint and other stuff on the 6th of October, the other stuff was delivered the next day and the paint does not have a delivery date and it has been 8 days since I ordered. The 'call me now' and 'chat' option both don't work for me to enquire, the number also on there is a *** existing number. I don't have anywhere to enquire about my paint and I really need it.
