Ordered an item where delivery was delayed and rescheduled over a week. On the last they the order is cancelled with Amazon with the excuse of there been no stock.

Why was this told to me after a week? You have systems in place that prevent this.

False expectations were set.

Customer service now gives me a pittance R100 voucher and says I must wait for it to available before I order again.

No I won't, this was a gift and it was supposed to have been here already. I want same or closest match.
