Item not recieved.

I placed an order on the 8th of December for multiple items. One of the items was a Monopoly board game. The following day the items were delivered by the Courier Guy. All items delivered on that day were received except the Monopoly set. I have tried to resolve the issue on their App and Web Page, however there is no option for an item not received. I have also queried this with the Courier Guy who has referred me back to Amazon. Amazon also has no email or number you can contact them on, everything is done via the App or Web Page.
