I will NEVER buy anything from Amazon again!

Amazon are totally ********* and disinterested in their online store customers. I urgently needed a MacBook so ordered it online from Amazon SA. A day later, while waiting for the promised delivery, I received a notification that they couldn't deliver my MacBook and that I would get a refund within 14 days 🤬 After hours of searching, I found a number to call - they couldn't supply any reason for the non-delivery and refused to refund the large sum of money straight away so I could buy from someone else. I spoke to 6 different people at Amazon on 6 different days, for at least 15mins, each one as useless as the last. I may as well have been talking to a chat bot - eventually the 5th one put me through to her supervisor, who gave me the same nonsense and after much arguing said she would get a mail from me to the CEO - the money was deposited within the hour. Why do you have to do a big song & dance, send stuff to the CEO and threaten them with bad social media, to get anything done!
