I WANT MY REFUND!!!!

I purchased 4 TV boxes from a reseller on Amazon. Received 4 tv boxes that were not the ones I ordered and requested a refund. I checked the refund status the next day and saw that they had received the returned items already so I asked their customer support if they can pls.process the refund because I need to repurchase the correct tv boxes. It's 4 days later and they keep telling me the items haven't been scanned in as received yet but they tracking shows received 4 days ago. Amazon's refund process takes extremely long and their customer service is poor!! I explained to them it's urgent and I don't have R2400 lying around to repurchase and I need my money back asap. I've been told they will escalate it but that's another 2 days wait. Can my refund pls be processed immediately Amazon???? What is the hold up when my return has been received 4 days ago?????
