I ordered an item, which was not remotely the same as advertised

I ordered an item, which was not remotely the same as advertised. I returned it immediately. According to my account the return was granted and delivered, on the 11th of August already. Up to now I have not reveived any refund, and there is no way to contact them. Pathetic. It was my first and last time ordering from them.
