I bought a stove with them and the box was damage and stove also

I bought a stove with them and the box was damage and stove also. There was only one delivery guy carrying the stove. I noted on the website that I want to return it and want a replacement. It's almost a week now no feedback if they going to pick up the stove and replace it. They do not even have a contact number. Worst service on my first experience with them.
