Horrible and used bag delivered ! Didn't even come close to way that I ordered

I ordered a toddler bag from Amazon and when it came it was in such a horrible state that the wheels where torn and the bag was scratched : a day after I requested for collection of which it was done on the day. I opted for a wallet refund so that I can re order that bag and guess what , the refund will be done on the 20th whereas the whole pony of me ordering that bag was format to be here before the 16th October as it's my daughters 3rd bday and we are supposed to go away. Terrible service . You speak to a consultant you are transferred from pillar to post ! Amazon I did nothing wrong I don't even want that money back . I just want a bag for my daughter 😡😡😡😡 don't buy from them : I wish I could attach a picture: the agents there are telling me that they can't do anything imagine/ 3 weeks of waiting for a bag
