Goods paid and NOT received - Order ID: ***

I purchased a bible on Amazon for over R1 000 (USD68.35) in Nov23 and still have NOT received it. I have queried this twice already and now they say they cannot assist because the order is too old.

This is unacceptable. I will NEVER buy from Amazon again if this is the service they provide.
