Good service, horrible product quality

Amazon's service is great in the sense that they're deliveries are quick and returns are seamless and hassle free.

The quality of the items delivered is a whole different story.

It seems like they are reselling damaged items that have been returned previously. I've bought books that are scuffed, bent, pages that are ripped, and just all around dirty. I've also bought video games where I received the game boxes that are broken and cracked, with the disk rolling around on the inside.

The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is due to their good service, but I've been met with constant disappointment when I receive my products from them.

So just be aware that if you're buying anything from Amazon, that you might as well expect the products to not be in good condition.
