FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I DO NOT PURCHASE FROM YOU

I am so irritated, AMAZON has dedcuted money from my account. I have not bought anything ever from AMAZON. I cannot just have anyone come into my account and dedcut funds. I cannot afford that. Please I need a refund in my account. I do not remember even signing up for an AMAZON Account. Is this what these online companies do
