False delivery - I did not receive the items I bought but Amazon marked them as delived

I recently bought items from Amazon South Africa, they delivered on different days. I received an update from the the Courier Guy and Amazon confirming that my items would be delivered on 26 April 2026. I later received an update that the items were delivered and they were not delivered to me. I stay in an apartment and no car is allowed to enter withouth me authorising it (even the security wont let any car in). I reported it to their customer service that is still investigating. I am so dissapointed as I buy from Amazon South Africa every month
