False advertising and non refund

False advertising and pathetic customer service from an agent and manager. I purchased pet items and part of the delivery was scheduled for delivery on the 30th of September.on the day of delivery there was no notifications or alerts that the delivery is DELAYED,on the evening of the 30th I called customer services and only told then that there is no stock for delivery.i was told by the agent that there was no given replace date and I need to wait 2-4 weeks before they would refund me(which is absolutely pathetic)I left the matter at that as I wanted to speak to a manager during office hours. I spoke to a Manger,Alex and he aswell said I need to wait for 2-4 weeks before they consider a refund. I have a pet that's waiting for its food and this company wants to me to wait ....yes they offered me a voucher but I want what I want and not to purchase from them any more.guys this is not how business should be done especially from a billion company The wait continues............
