EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

They cancelled an order that I placed on the one item - I had ordered extra mops and the mops arrived!!! What am I to with the mops without the machine? THEN I ordered a Black & Decker CORDLESS Vacuum cleaner and got instead a Sokany which is NOT CORDLESS and far more pricey than the one I ordered according to AMAZON - who charged over R4000 for this piece of ******* but if you go online on any other stores (including AMAZON just by the way) you will not find a Sokany Vacuum cleaner (upright) that is more than R2500!!! Then to top it all off when I ask to return the item they refuse!!!!!
