Excellent customer service

It is very rare for me to give a 5 star review. But honestly Amazon South Africa's customer service is exceptional in this broken country. Their customer service assistants are always friendly and helpful and actually know how to do their job. Even though Amazon is more expensive than Takealot, I feel much more comfortable ordering from them knowing if there's some sort of problem, they will have my back.
