DON'T BUY FROM AMAZON.CO.ZA MERCHANT "TECH DEALS SA"

What a horrible experience. I've now come here to write my review as the review I've tried submitting on Amazon doesn't get published? Since when does rating a site/product have to be reviewed by the people wanting our honest opinion? Makes no sense when you asking people to be honest about your service. Where to even start, so I placed an order on Amazon.co.za on the 24th of May 2024, after a lot of back and forth with them telling me they don't have stock of the product yet the product was still being advertised???? Anyway eventually on the 7th it was delivered which I was over the moon about since I moved and was without internet due to not having a router. Opened the box only to find laying a completely random device man, ***. Did research on it to see if I could bridge this device to my landlords router and guess what it couldn't because it's an entry level device that doesn't allow for mesh networks, so not only did they give me some cheapo device it also didn't do what I needed it to do. So I do a return the very same day so that I can try and get this sorted asap, only to find out the return date is the 10 of July 2024. Now you tell me if you wouldn't lose your s#!t. Now I need to wait to get my money back from this failed merchant after more than a month, in order to get a new router that can do what I need it to do. So more money had to be spent due to false advertising and clearly an *********** merchant. Another stab in my side was the amount of times I've tried making a review and it being rejected, why do they even give you the option to rate if you can't even be honest about such a big inconvenience. The merchants name is "TECH DEALS SA" more like **** deals sa. Don't order from them, they are filled with bad ratings (the ones that made it through)
