Don't bother

DO NOT buy anything larger than a small parcel worth from Amazon. They use Aramex as their courier company and they are atrocious. There is zero customer support.

You can raise the flag that you have not received your item and they will tell you to wait for about a month before you can request a refund.

I bought and paid for an item over two weeks ago, it has gone missing with Aramex unable to find it and telling me to go back to Amazon. Even though I have sent them proof that Aramex cannot find the parcel they are telling me to wait till end of August before I can request a refund or replacement. Why ?? Will it suddenly appear from thin air ??
