Do not use Amazon SA, they are ****my

I bought 2 products, a handheld cordless vacuum and a big vacuum. The big vacuum was shipped and arrived in horrible state, tape everywhere to cover up the holes and a completely Smashed product inside to reflect the outer punishment the box took. Returned it immediately. The handheld vac came a few days later, its not the product i ordered, complete china knockoff with the bad translations and everything, not the same spec i researched and bad reviews. Amazon SA is ****my, DO NOT USE.
