Do not order from Amazon SA!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed that was never delivered. The item was advertised as next-day delivery, yet after more than 20 days of waiting and no delivery, I was forced to cancel the order.

You acknowledged the cancellation and assured me that a refund would be processed within 5–7 working days. It has now been 11 working days, and I have yet to receive the refund.

To make matters worse:

None of the "Contact Us" buttons on your website are functional,

My emails go unanswered, and

There seems to be no way for a customer to reach your team.

Amazon SA sucks!
