Disgusted with return process.

I'm extremely frustrated with Amazon's return process. As a customer, I had to arrange and pay for the return shipment to the supplier myself. Throughout the entire process, I had to constantly check the Amazon app for any updates, as there were no notifications or communication from the supplier via email etc. This experience has been absolutely appalling. I will never purchase from Amazon again unless I'm certain the item doesn't need to be returned. Very disappointing, Amazon South Africa. It doesn't even deserve 1 star!
