Disgruntled Prospects

Utterly disgusted by the recruitment process. Long story short. I app****, got an interview scheduling email. I list and send all my available dates for a telephonic/digital interview. After my interview dates have long passed, I receive an email stating the position has closed and they cannot move forward with my application. What bxllshxt is that? So my opportunity at a job is just taken when I know the strength in my candidacy? Am I sour? Of course!
