Disappointed first timer

I placed an order last week after updating my address on the app,on the delivery date my order was in Pretoria and I was informed by the delivery company that they do not have a correct address.This is frustrating honestly.If the app allows address updates but they do not serve the purpose then what's the point.I do not think I will be using them again,my first and last purchase. Still waiting.
