Disappointed

I ordered a microwave and the item was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately the person it was delivered to made contact with me and my elderly parent had to then go out to fetch it. I'm not sure what sort of 'free delivery' service that accounts for. When Amazon was contacted they stated that they had no complaints department and were unable to assist as it was the delivery company at fault. However I had placed my order with Amazon. So surely they should take some accountability.
