Delivery paid twice, no order received

This is the worst service I have ever received.

I placed an order and had to cancel as the website dit not allow me to change the address, although I have been charged for delivery nothing was received. I place the same order again, whole order was cancelled by Amazon and yet agian, paid delivery and nothing received. This is *****ing! I would never ever recommend Amazon South Africa to anyone. ****mers!
