Delivery issues

Delivery cancelled due to inclement weather conditions in Cape town when it's sunny with no breeze,when contacting customer support was told they can't get hold of the driver he decided to log off of work early and that they can't deliver today on the date they promised my delivery all I get told is sorry we have done everything we could on our side
