Delivery and Shipment is Horrible

I regret trying out Amazon SA, They work with 'The courier guy' - The worst courier company in SA. After paying for the 'same day delivery' on Amazon SA, the courier tells me that they deliver in the morning ONLY around my area. And i had to call them just to be told that after they WhatsApped me to call their customer service. Like what kind of a company tells you to call them so that they can explain why they put my parcel on hold, because its 12PM and they only deliver in the morning 😤😤😤

Why am I paying for the same day delivery if you won't deliver the package.

I will never buy from Amazon again. I regret for not buying the same item from Takealot, where 'same day delivery' means 'SAME DAY DELIVERY' - AND THE SERVICE IS GREAT.
