Deliver broken stuff and missing parts!!!!!!!

Deliver broken stuff and missing parts! Loose piece falling around in motor, another plastic piece fell out. How pathetic is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's hot and I was exited to replace my broken fan.......... PATHETIC!!!!! And there is NOWHERE where you can call them or send an e-mail!!!!!!
