Delayed Delivery and Missing Order - Disappointing Experience

I recently ordered two books from Amazon, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by significant delays and poor communication. The books took over a month to deliver, and even then, they never arrived. To make matters worse, the order has vanished from my Amazon account, and I've been unable to track it or receive any updates.

Despite being told that I'd receive an email when the order was ready, nothing was sent. When I tried to follow up, I was met with resistance regarding a refund. The lack of transparency and customer support has been disappointing.
