Damaged goods deliver, still no refund received

This product was ordered via Amazon South Africa gets squashed into a box that does not even belong to the items inside, once you take off the plastic the pans are dented and the frames are bent. These items should be packed in their own boxes as per the industry standard for fragile items. It may be stainless steel, but its not very strong metal.

No contact no available No contact email available. now i am not even receiving my refund which is past their printed timelines of 5-7 days

Goods was collected the 12th of January 2026 by the Courier Guy and delivered to Thembisa the 13th of January 2026.
