Customer service none existing.

I created a new account with Amazon SA and made a purchase with credit card. Amount was taken from my account. Later recieved an em,ail stating that I need to verify my delivery address by providing bank statment linking card to delivery address. I followed the guidlines and submitted proof 3 times. Only to have my account blocked.

Trying to make contract with costumer service but cant as one needs active account and all directives are automtaed with no "human" contacxt available. So no way to request review (even if they state so in commmuncation" or way to get my money back which they gladly took.

Amazon does not have constumer service except AI which clearly does not work. No contaxct number no nothing
