Crushed by their customer grabbing strategies!

Absolutely horrible customer grabbing marketing techniques. It feels like a betrayal. I’ve always everything and anything I could off of Amazon since its launch in South Africa. It has always been a great relationship. Great, fast, reliable delivery, best price across all other stores. Ow it had my heart! Until! They felt like they’d built their customer base and I was truly one of them. They started implementing a minimum order for small products of 5 items or more. Sharp, no issue. So if I wanted jelly babies or so, I’d have to buy five, didn’t like it but I understood. Thennnnn!!! They lost me at R500 minimum purchase for free delivery! That’s where they lost me! Absolutely not, if I want to buy things for R376 I’d have to pay R70 delivery?! I will make it my life’s mission to speak badly on this strategy. I will take a class on how to best do this too because I am truly heartbroken. Crushed!
