Cannot return item

I bought an iron on the 29 Jan 2026. Philips. _ it's not leaking water and cannot use the steam as it leaks more water. I cannot log a call - send message or notify them. They have a 30-day return policy. Which is ridiculous as electrical items having a 1-year warranty.
