Bought on Amazon from EVER GREEN FASHIONS

I am really so disappointed with Amazon. We ordered a cotton candy machine from them and I was so unimpressed with the service. When I tried to write an honest review I received an email saying they cannot post my review. Please explain to me what about my review went against your community guidelines?

Review: I really think the machine is absolutely adorable but I am giving 2 stars for the bad service. The box was so badly damaged I'm surprised the machine is working. And I ordered blue for my son's birthday party and instead received pink. The item is great, the service could be much better.

Note there wasn't a single "fragile" sticker on the box.
