Bad Service from The courier guy and Amazon SA

The Courier guy as a service provider of Amazon is rendering a very poor service and we have to deal with their nonsense while we buy from them and receive a very distasteful service especially The courier guy branch in Mahikeng which their staff is not committed. How do I buy an item from Amazon SA and the delivery is free but The Courier guy says I must go and collect at their branch and when I call them no one is answering me and I need the item as it is gift for someone who is expecting it today. This is a serious crisis and how does one deal with it
