Bad service from Amazon

Bought 2 items over the past month that I have returned. Items sent back , 1 states item request approved on the 23rd August, still no refund received. The other item was returned on the 20th August, states ‘ Refund issued’ and aldono money returned. So buy from Amazon BUT… do not expect money back from them if returned!! BAD service and no way of contacting them on spo!!!
