Bad service and comunication from Amazone South Africa

Poor communication and bad to make contact wit them when having a query with regards to payments\credits(1st order) today it was delivery. I requested my order to be delivered at home than Amazone South Africa decided that my order must be picked up from The Courier Guy at they office.
