Bad service Amazon and The courier guy

I placed an order on the 1st of March, and as of today it has still not arrived. The carrier from The Courier Guy, named Shaun according to Truecaller, contacted me but was struggling to locate my address. During the call he was rude and even yelled at me, saying he would simply cancel the delivery, which he then did.

I contacted Amazon customer care, but they seemed completely unaware that the courier driver has been cancelling my deliveries every day without any explanation. I have used this address numerous times before without any issues, so I am very surprised by the claim that they cannot locate it.

I also contacted The Courier Guy regarding the driver's behaviour, but nothing has been resolved. There has been no empathy or accountability from either party. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received.
