Bad Service

It’s incredibly frustrating how you handle delivery dates. You show one date when I order, and then wait until the end of that day after I’ve wasted time waiting to change it and push it back by several days with some generic excuse.

This is not a one-time thing. It keeps happening, and it feels like you’re just stringing customers along. If you know you can’t deliver on time, stop pretending you can. It’s dishonest and a complete waste of people’s time.
