Bad service

I have ordered a return 2 weeks ago. They collected it the next day. From there no feedback. Tracker shows return approved. Nothing else. No contact details. Amazon is useless. You need to learn from Takealot. Return and refund within 3 working days. Minimal contact. Emails all the time. My loyalty lies with Takealot from now.
