Bad Refund Follow up

I usually get great service from Amazon but recently I was very dissapointed.

I purchased an item and when it reached me it was incorrect. I reordered a different model and again, incorrect.

Both was returned via Courier guy. The first one was in middle of October already and I'm still waiting to be refunded. I can't even see how far in the process of getting refunded the return are.

There is absolutely no way to get hold of someone in person to speak to regarding this.

This is very frustrating.
