Bad delivery and communication

This will be the last time I buy through Amazon. I ordered two items, which together cos R990. However, when I paid, the items were treated as seperate and I had to pay delivery for the one, as it was below R500. I only noticed this after payment went through. At Takealot, it does not matter how many articles you order, it gets treated as one shipment and you do not need to pay for delivery for single articles under the required amount for free delivery. Secondly, the article I paid delivery for was supposed to be delivered by the 17th of July. I tracked it and it was supposedly on time. Out of the blue, when tracking it on the 18th of July, it now had a new delivery date, the 22nd of July!! Also, no explanation was given for this radical change. At Takealot the communication is much more clear and timely. I do a lot of sales on Takealot and has never had such issues.
