Annoyed customer

I'm so disappointed with amazon and courier guy. I ordered on Saturday and on Sunday I quickly stepped out to buy bread and the guy said they'll deliver on Monday and Monday came they called me and said they'll deliver Tuesday as the driver couldn't make it, then yesterday I received a message my order is cancelled and getting refunded. When I enquired with Amazon they say I can reorder again because the address i used they couldn't reach it. Like Really?????? How did the delivery guy get here on Sunday if they can't reach it
